Windmill Hill can assist in your project needs through all phases of your design. We can work from hand drawn sketches to customer supplied CAD files, we can be integral in the design to manufacture, or build to print. We can modify your existing part to include additional features or fabricate from raw stock.
Materials: We’re experienced in materials such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Plastics, and more.
Shop Capabilities: Includes CNC and manual machining, MIG and TIG welding of steels and aluminum. CAD/CAM. Corded and cordless tool repair (Milwaukee, Dewalt, Bosch, Metabo). Small engine repair.
Experience: 20 years experience in AC and DC electromechanical assemblies from 5vdc to 400vac.

DRO parts made from 5052 aluminum T-nut made from A36 steel
.092 thick, made fixture with double stick tape and screws to keep in position while machining
Designed/machined from customer supplied sample, 6061 alum and 303 Stainless
Machined from customer CAD file, dowel pin holes reamed to spec and pressed in, nutserts installed per spec
Bore out cast iron control arm, machine new brass bushing, machine new shaft from O1 steel
- completed on CNC lathe and CNC mill, 4140 steel
- Pressed in dowel reamed to spec. Made from customer supplied sample.

- Modified from original design to replace brass bushings with double ball bearings for increased longevity, 4140 steel
